Grungy weekend in East Troy, WI

Pearrrrrl Jaaaamm

Finally! I made it to the Pearl Jam 20th anniversary concert! Although I didn’t know about Pearl Jam til this concert! All the way to East Troy, Wisconsin.

It was the first weekend of this month. We drove 15 hours straight (well I didn’t, Frank did), crossing 7 different states, all the way from NYC.

The concert was held for two consecutive days at this humongous outside venue, Alpine Valley Music Theater. So we camped for two or three nights in the surrounding area like many others at the concert did.

The area was stunningly beautiful, or at least it appeared so since I was getting used to my life in this “concrete jungle” for years by now.

So I’ll just let the photos talk the rest of the story.
